Durable, stylish, and American made, the Thorogood 11-Inch Wellington work boot features a rugged leather upper and Goodyear storm welt construction. Due to the sole being sewn to the upper rather than glued, a Goodyear welt boot can be recrafted multiple times, extending the overall life of the boot and providing a more reinforced design. On top of that, this wellington boot features Thorogood's exclusive MAXWear 90 outsole, which is 20-30 percent more resilent than standard soles and thus less prone to cracking over time. And being made of polyurenthane as opposed to rubber, the MAXWear outsole is lightweight, flexible, and shock-absorbing. As far as safety, this work boot comes equipped with slip-resistance and a 90 degree heel, both of which offer enhanced stability. And to make working those long shifts a much more bearable, these work boots features dual-density Ultimate Shock Absorption footbed on Poron comfort cushion insoles.
